Why use crazy canvas?

We're experienced specialists who use the best technology, media and inks to transfer your images onto canvas in superb high-resolution at a competitive price. Need we say more?

How long will my order take?

3-5 days as standard but if you need it sooner, just let us know and we'll do our best to help you. Orders received in the lead up to Christmas may take longer to arrive.

How will my order arrive?

Bubble wrapped, boxed and delivered via secure courier. We'll even email a tracking number to you once your order has been placed.

What bleed option do I go for?

Wrap		Your photo will be wrapped around the sides, top and bottom of the frame.
Mirrored		Your full photo will appear on the front of the canvas and we will mirror the sides.
Blank sides		Your full photo will appear on the front and you can choose from a range of colours for the sides.

Do I get a proof?

Only if we feel you have selected an unsuitable option, but since our customers have shrewd judgement, it is not usually required.

Can you make other sizes?

Yes! We have the equipment to make any frame size you require so just send us an email with your requirements.

What happens if my order gets damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event of this happening, simply call or email us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out and the damaged goods collected.

Does my order come ready to hang?

Every canvas arrives complete and ready to hang - it really could not be easier.

How do I protect my canvas?

We suggest that you select to have your canvas print varnish-protected as prints will last longer and can be wiped with a wet cloth. We recommend that no Crazy Canvas product is left in direct sunlight, as this may result in fading.
